This NPC can be fought (Except in Volcano Manor, as combat is disabled). 
Can be summoned to assist with Starscourge Radahn, though he will immediately leave. Finally, once Tanith has been given the Dancer's Castanets, he will move back to Murkwater Cave. After Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy is defeated, he will move to the Shaded Castle, on the bridge leading to Elemer of the Briar. If the player joins Volcano Manor, he will show up in the entrance hall. Once the Altus Plateau has been reached, he will move to Mt. Upon journeying into Liurnia, he will move there, and can be found at the Scenic Isle Site of Grace. He is initially found in Murkwater Cave in Limgrave as a boss, though he will surrender partway through the fight and become a merchant. Patches can be found in various locations as players progress through the world, and as they advance his questline: Thought you'd just help yourself to a man's personal belongings? Location If the surrender is accepted, he will open up a shop in Murkwater Cave. This is an optional boss as players do not need to defeat him to advance.ĭuring combat, when Patches reaches half health, he will surrender. Patches is a recurring character in From Software games, usually playing the part of a trickster. We finally know for sure, however, and the surprise launch tomorrow will be the first piece of DLC outside of regular updates and patches that Elden Ring has received. Different Sites of Grace were also found in the area, suggesting that FromSoftware would at some point allow people to travel to each Colosseum. PvP wasn't an option, of course, but various gladiator-esque fighting sequences were discovered including fights between warriors and giant lions. That didn't stop some people from exploring the area though, as some modders got it working as early as April. The Colosseums have existed within the game since its launch but have been inaccessible in normal gameplay.
